Sessions
My aim is for you to walk away from each session feeling calmer, clearer, grounded, less symptomatic, seen, heard, balanced, encouraged, and empowered.
Each session is customized to your particular needs. It begins with listening to your feeling, goals, concerns, and presenting symptoms.
After assessment, we combine my extensive knowledge of healing modalities with your openness and expertise of your own lived life experiences. Working together, every step of the way, we tailor a treatment plan to support your healing journey.
Every session includes yoga therapy and yoga therapy take home tools. NO yoga experience needed.

Clothing - please dress comfortably in loose pants or shorts and short sleeve shirt or tank top. Wireless bra. No tight lycra/yoga wear! Wear socks, if you prefer to not have your foot skin touched.
Hydrate - Drink 16 oz. of water an hour before your appointment.
Post Session:
Hydrate - please drink another 16 oz. of water within an hour after session. Toxins are moving out of your body and water is vital.
After Affects - The healing continues through you for 24 - 48 hours. It is normal to be hungry and for the bowels to clear. Eat healthy and go to bed early. NO alcohol.
Connection - Expect a text from me 48 hours afterwards to check in on you. If anything comes up before or after that, please feel free to reach out to me. I am here for you.
Investment: 90 Minutes: $200. Infants and young children - 60 Minutes: $130 Session location: Montclair, NJ. In certain circumstances, I can travel to you. Travel fees apply.
While my fees are reasonable within the industry, I understand that not everyone has the means to pay this amount. If you, or someone you know is in need, I offer a limited number of sessions each month at a greatly reduced rate. Contact me about this. No one will be turned away because of financial need.
Distance Reiki - $150; 1 hour of Reiki, phone conversation afterwards
Online Yoga Therapy - $100; 1 hour
